Globalization of static content or translations. When you create a new dialogue, now there’s an extra option called language where you can select from nine standard Adobe languages. What this setting does is it allows the content in the dialogue that is hard-coded, such as system messages, errors, etc., to be translated into that language. User-created content will still need to be translated manually. So for instance, if I come to this support demo dialogue, I can see that I’ve got two cards. One is a message card where I’ve typed, hi, welcome to Adobe in English. And if I were to preview this, I would see that message in English. And then I’ve also got an appointment scheduler card. So this has some hard-coded messaging on it, such as schedule an appointment with a member of our team and schedule meeting. Now if I go to the settings screen and I change the language from English to German, for instance, save those settings, and then come back to the stream designer and run the preview again, I’ll see that the user-generated content is still in English, but this hard-coded content has been translated to German. This will allow marketers to be able to tailor their conversations in different languages and ensure that all of the messaging for the visitors is in the same language that they are curating their user-generated content in.
