Here in dynamic chat, you can see I built out a flow to help leads book a meeting with the demo team after they request the white paper. First, it thanks the lead for their interests and ask if they would like to schedule a meeting. If yes, it will take them directly to an agent’s calendar where they can book a time. If they’re uninterested, it instead thanks them and lets them know that the white papers on the way to their inbox. I’ll publish this flow and then I’ll head into Marketo. Now I have my white paper request form here in Marketo. My business aims to get meetings with contacts from our target accounts as soon as possible. In the form settings, I’m going to enable the conversational form feature. For the default choice, I am going to choose do nothing, which means most submissions will not call MyFlow. Next, I’ll add a choice so I can configure my audience criteria. I want my audience to be a member of Smart List for my targeted accounts. Next, I’ll set my flow to be the one that I just approved for request demo booking, and set my delivery type to be pop-up. That’s it for the configuration. It’s very easy and intuitive without needing to do any editing of the form JavaScript. Now I’ll go ahead and approve this form and head to my landing page. Now here I’m going to fill out the form to see how it works. In this example, I’m just a regular lead that is not on my list of targeted accounts. So when I submit the form, nothing happens. It just takes me back as if I fill out the form regularly. In the second example, I am browsing the landing page as a known lead that has already qualified for the target account Smart List. Now when I fill out the form, you will see that the flow is triggered and I can book a meeting directly on a BDR’s calendar. We’re excited to see how you’re able to use this new functionality to accelerate your sales cycle and have more conversational experiences with your leads.
