Hello everyone, in this video we will see how an event marketer who has delivered an interactive webinar can take steps to further nurture the participants that were present during the webinar delivery. In this program, you can see that the event is scheduled on May 31st between 12 am and 2 am IST. Now the event marketer will click on enter your webinar to actually deliver the webinar phase. Once the webinar is delivered at 2 am IST within a span of 45 minutes to 1 hour the data will be fetched back in marketer from adobe connect. The overview screen will be replaced from this screen to this particular screen wherein the recording will be visible for the webinar that has just been delivered. To view the recording, I will click on view recording and another tab opens up that will help me view the complete recording for the webinar. Now I can send this recording for post processing to be delivered to the participants as well as the no-shows. In case I want to send the recording immediately, I can click on copy recording link so that the recording URL gets copied and I can run an email campaign to deliver this recording to the participants as well as no-shows. Now you can see that another tab has opened up which is known as a dashboard tab which provides an aggregated view of the event performance. As discussed earlier, it has four widgets, event program status, attendance, poll performance and click and file download activity. The event program status gives the program status of all the participants spread across different program statuses. The attendance mentions the distribution of the attendance for all the participants that have been present during the webinar. For example, close to three attendees have attended about 60 to 80 percent of the event. Now if you have initiated polls during the webinar, you can see the counts of different responses from the participants that have responded to a particular poll. Now you can see that I can have different types of polls such as multiple answers, single answers, short answers and so on. In click and file download activity, I can find the count of different web links that have been clicked or files that have been downloaded. So you can see that it gives an overview of the complete performance of your event so that you can use this to further tune your next set of webinars. Now if I want to nurture these participants who have attended the webinar based on the engagement insights that I have gathered from Adobe Connect, I can create a nurturing campaign and use the smart list filters and triggers to further nurture these participants. If you go to smart list and click on triggers and filters, you can see that five triggers and five filters have been added related to interactive webinars. I can just drag and drop these filters and use them based on the program that I am interested in. For example, in this program of customer demo post session, I can use this asks question during an event, add a particular question related to the question and whether the question was answered or not. Similarly, I can use a filter which mentions has responded to a poll and mention the constraints such as the poll question that was asked and a particular response that was provided to that question. Now I can segment the participant list based on a particular poll response so that I can do personalized targeting for those set of participants. An example can be if I have asked a question in a poll saying that are you aware of the pricing of interactive webinars and the poll response is yes or no, I can segment those participants who have responded with no and further nurture them by providing more information related to pricing of interactive webinars by sending them collaterals, pricing sheets and so on. This is how you can perform enhanced nurturing of the participants as well as provide lead scores to such participants based on the engagement that has been delivered during the webinar.
