Capturing inferred attributes

Since Dynamic Chat uses same Adobe Marketo Engage munchkin cookie, by leveraging the munchkin we now identify and populate inferred attributes against every person captured through Dynamic Chat.

When a new lead is created in dynamic chat through a dynamic chat dialog, we simply take the inferred data that’s already being captured by the munchkin cookie and we pass it back to the lead record. As you can see here, person source is not new, but you can see that this is dynamic comes, the person source was dynamic chat and then the key things that we updated specifically were these inferred fields and anonymous IP data which was previously not coming through and being written to the record. And that’s it!
