Simplify designing and managing your conversations with the new Conversational Flow card. Create a conversational stream once and repurpose it into multiple Dialogues.
Transcript
Hi, in this video, let’s understand the new Conversations Flow Card capability that we introduced into Dynamic Chat. This enables you to repurpose the flows that you designed as part of Conversations Flows into your dialogues. Here as a marketer, I’m trying to design a dialogue for driving more event registrations. I’ve added information about the event and asking for different information so that I can drive registrations, and then finally a thank you message and a goal card. If I have to drive registrations for my webinar across dialogues, I have to recreate the same flow across all the dialogues where I want those dialogues also drive event registrations. If I have to update any detail, then I have to go to all these five or 10 dialogues, wherever I’ve added these flows, and it can be tedious. Now, you no more have to design it that way. Let me show you how. Go to Conversational Flows. You can create a new Conversational Flow by clicking on Create Conversational Flow. Here, I have already created a Conversational Flow for webinar registrations. Let me go into it. Here is a stream with all the necessary information about the webinar and also the information that I need to capture for driving registrations with the goal card and the thank you message. Once I have this design, rather than recreating this whole flow across all dialogues, let me delete this and I can simply add a Conversational Flow card. I can select any of the Conversational Flows that are already published. Here, let me go ahead and search webinar registration, select that, add a label called Event or Future of Marketing. Marketing Event, hit Save. Now, you can see the flow is added. That’s it. Just like this, you can simplify the designing of whole flow and you can make any changes inside the Conflow. These changes will automatically reflect in all the dialogues wherever you have used this Conversational Flow card. To take it one step further, you can design Conversational Flows independently for different use cases and leverage them in any dialogue simultaneously. Let me show you how. Here, I have added a Conditional Branching card with different conditions targeting for different KPI, and I added Respective Conversational Flow cards for each of these KPIs. I can simply take my first message connected to this Conditional Branching that will automatically take care of flowing the audience based on the criteria to the respective flows. Now, I no more need additional cards here. So the dialogue can be as simple as this. The advantage of Conflow card is not just that you can repurpose the flows across multiple dialogues, but also you can use the same Conversational Flow to trigger through other channels like forms and landing pages. So here I have a meeting booking Conversational Flow card that I’ve added. I can do the same with a form fill when somebody submits a form or else somebody clicks on a CTA button on a landing page, the same flow can be triggered. I’ve created a separate tutorials for each of these, how you can do it with forms and landing pages, do check them out in the tutorials page. Now, you no more have to design complex flows with so many cards in one dialogue, which makes it super hard to manage. Now, this complex Conversational Flow can be as simple as this. Looking forward to see how you will leverage Conversational Flow card for designing your business conversations. Thank you.
