Hello everyone, in this video we will see how a Marketo admin can configure interactive webinars once the interactive webinars is provisioned on the instance managed by the Marketo admin. The Marketo admin can go to the admin section, move down to the integration folder and click on interactive webinars that can be seen here. Once the interactive webinar screen opens up, you can see that there are two sections, one is the user management section and the other one is the license management section. The Marketo admin can view all the Marketo users who have been given permission for interactive webinars by scrolling through the users list. In case the Marketo admin would like to add more users or remove existing users, the Marketo admin needs to click on add remove users. A modal will open up which will have the list of all the values or the users who have been given permission for interactive webinars. In case the Marketo admin wants to add more users, he or she can do so by clicking on this drop down, selecting a particular user and clicking on that user. You can see that the user has got added here as a Marketo user who has been given interactive webinars permission. If I remove this particular user from here and click okay, that particular user will get removed from this list and would no longer have permissions to create interactive webinars event program. The next section is the license management section which gives all details of the licenses obtained for this instance. There are three types of licenses that can be seen from the type field. The first one is the shared events license which means that a limited number of events will be provisioned to you through this license. As you can see the total events here is 12 and the events consumed are 7 which means that this license had provisioned 12 events out of which 7 have been consumed. The event capacity or the participants. You can see the start date and the expiry date for this license as well. You can also see the storage capacity of this particular license which means that all events conducted through this license would share a capacity of 6 GB. The second type of license is shared rooms license which means that a complete room is provided with this license which means that an unlimited number of events can be conducted using this license. The event capacity is 1500. Since there are unlimited events the events consumed is not recorded and the storage capacity for such a license is unlimited. The third type of license is additional storage license which means that it provides storage capacity of a particular value say 1000 GB here to all the events created through the other licenses that are provisioned this instance. That completes the admin section and the user and license management portion of interactive webinars. In the next video we’ll see how to create an interactive webinar event program.
