Now see the trends of how your web visitors engaging with your dialogue.

Next we’ll take a look at the engagement reports. So we’ve added a report in the report screen called engagement report that allows marketers to visualize engagement with the dialogue over time. So there are a couple of different dropdowns that are available. So first of all, you can change the date up here, which applies to all of the reports and metrics on this screen. You can select any date range up to 90 days. And next you can look at this engagement report by known visitors, unknown visitors, or all. So for instance, if I specifically want to know how many known people have visited my dialogue and engaged with it, or triggered the dialogue, then I can click that. Additionally, on the right hand side I can pick specific metrics that I want to review. So for instance, if I’m only interested in how many known people have actually engaged with the dialogue, or known people who have actually booked a meeting, I can select those, all of those different metrics.
