To access to Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition, connect to Adobe Experience Cloud with your Adobe ID, and select Journey Optimizer B2B Edition.
The home page is displayed when you log in to the Adobe Experience Platform and select the Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition app. This page provides an overview of the current state of the Journey Optimizer B2B initiatives in the form of quick access to the relevant modules.
The Journey Optimizer B2B Edition has two primary user personas: a marketer and an administrator. Each persona has a specific home page for different maturity stages (new or advanced). The page content is based on what each persona needs in terms of information and the next actions to be taken.
- Marketer - new user – The Marketer home page for a new user assists them in getting accustomed to Journey Optimizer B2B and its capabilities. It includes a guided walkthrough for the new marketer to obtain an onboarding walkthrough so that they can understand the nuances of the system and become efficient in developing B2B marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Marketer - advanced user – The Marketer home page for an advanced marketer assists them in obtaining more information on the current progress of the initiatives and on specific actions and on the next best action to be taken along with quick access to relevant sections.
- Administrator - new user – The Admin home page for a new administrator assists them in getting accustomed to Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and its capabilities. It includes a guided walkthrough for the new administrator to obtain a step-by-step onboarding journey to understand the nuances of the system and become efficient in developing B2B marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Administrator - advanced user – The Admin home page for an advanced administrator assists them in obtaining more information about the current status of the instance and on specific actions that can be taken to make it more efficient and effective for the marketers.
The Recently accessed section provides a list of the most recently accessed assets for the Marketer or Administrator. Use this list to go directly to the asset that you recently worked on without navigating through a series of asset pages and searching.
The page also includes access to AI Assistant, which helps users to get quick information about any specific questions or topics that they need.
