Journey details
When you click the name for an active account journey, the journey details are displayed. The Overview tab provides useful information about the journey, including generative AI summaries.
This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of a selected account journey, detailing account progress using circle and line charts that categorize and quantify completions, in-progress activities, and aborts over time. It helps Marketers evaluate the effectiveness of Email and SMS channels through key delivery and engagement metrics.
This overview is available for published account journeys, and it takes approximately four hours for data to start populating the charts and tables.
Journey completion
This section presents two completion metrics:
- Journey status - This circle chart offers a breakdown of journey statuses by categorizing accounts into Completed, In Progress, and Aborted. Each segment is labeled with corresponding percentages and account numbers on the outer edge of the chart.
- Journey completion over time - This line chart tracks the number of accounts that have completed their journey over time. The horizontal axis maps the timeline while the vertical axis quantifies the accounts, providing a straightforward view of completion trends.
Journey engagement
This section presents two completion metrics:
- Engagement by accounts - This circle chart segments the accounts in a journey into Engaged and Not engaged categories. The central figure displays the total count. This visualization provides an at-a-glance understanding of overall account engagement.
- Engagement by people - This visualization displays the total number of people qualified as engaged in a journey.
Journey performance
This section presents two vital metrics:
- Journey completion rate - The percentage of accounts that have successfully completed their journey.
- Journey duration - The average length of time taken for accounts to complete their journey.
Email and SMS performance
The performance tables provide a detailed look at the effectiveness of Email and SMS channels. Each table showcases metrics, such as delivery rates and click-through rates, that help you assess the impact of each communication touchpoint.
Email performance table columns:
- Asset name - name of the asset
- Sent - number of emails sent
- Delivery rate - number of delivered emails divided by the number sent
- Open Rate - number opened emails divided by the number delivered
- Click-through rate - number of clicked emails divided by the number delivered
SMS performance table columns:
- Asset name - name of the asset
- Sent - number of SMS messages sent
- Delivery rate - number of delivered SMS messages divided by the number sent
- Click-through rate - number of clicked SMS messages divided by the number delivered
Enhanced interaction
Engage further with the data by using the action icon (…) in the top right of each chart or table.
Drill-Through
For the Journey status chart, choose Drill through for an in-depth analysis of individual account statuses.
View more
Choose View more to access extended data. The displayed pop-up provides a breakdown of the data.
To download the data, click Download CSV at the top right of the data table. To return to the Overview dashboard, click Close.
