FTP and SFTP limits and data retention

All Adobe FTP and SFTP accounts have a data storage limit of 100 GB. Files are retained on these FTP accounts for 90 days.

Limits on concurrent connections

  • No more than 50 concurrent connections to the server per source IP
  • No more than 20 new connections in 60 seconds to the server per source IP
