Journey canvas in Adobe Analytics
Journey canvas is a visualization in Analysis Workspace that allows you to gain deep insights on a defined user journey by analyzing how people proceed through or fall out of the journey. It allows you to create a flexible graph of nodes and arrows representing any combination of events, dimension items, and segments included in the journey. Data updates as you drag nodes onto the canvas or rearrange the events and conditions of the journey.
Journey canvas was previously available only for Customer Journey Analytics.
To learn more about Journey canvas in Adobe Analytics, see Journey canvas overview.
To learn how to build a Journey canvas visualization in Adobe Analytics, see Configure Journey canvas.

MCP servers for Adobe Analytics
The Analytics MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers allow you to connect a supported MCP client to Adobe Analytics. Once connected, your MCP client can invoke product-specific tools to retrieve data, run queries, or perform supported operations as part of an LLM or agentic workflow. For more information, see Analytics MCP servers.
If you used these MCP servers during the beta period, please note that there are different URLs between beta and production endpoints. Ensure that any agentic workflows created during the beta period are updated to use the production endpoints before May 31.
Attribution model API reporting guide
A new Adobe Analytics 2.0 API Attribution Model Report Guide is available. The guide covers how to include attribution model object data in Dimension API reports.
For more information, see Dimension API attribution models.

End-of-life (EOL) notices eol
Notice to admins: Adobe plans to remove support for the following TLS 1.2 cipher suites from Adobe data collection servers on May 27, 2026.
TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHATLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHATLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHATLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHATLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHATLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHATLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
No customer action is required for most implementations. This change primarily affects Analytics data sent from legacy native applications that use outdated TLS libraries, and a small number of web visitors on obsolete browsers or operating systems. Removing support for these cipher suites enhances security and aligns Adobe with modern encryption standards. Less than 0.1% of data collection traffic currently relies on these cipher suites.
my.omniture.com, will be permanently discontinued on January 2, 2026. After this date, legacy login credentials and legacy SSO will no longer work. All users will be required to log in via experience.adobe.com using their Adobe Experience Cloud IDs. If you need assistance with your Experience Cloud ID, please contact your organization’s Adobe Analytics administrator or Adobe Customer Care.On August 12, 2026, the following Analytics Legacy API services will reach their end of life and will be shut down, and current integrations built using these services will stop working:
- Adobe Analytics API (version 1.4)
- Adobe Analytics WSSE Authentication
Integrations that use the Adobe Analytics API (version 1.4) must migrate to the Adobe Analytics 2.0 API, while WSSE integrations must migrate to an OAuth-based authentication protocol in the Adobe Developer Console.
See the Adobe Analytics 1.4 API EOL FAQ for answers to common questions and further guidance.

Sort tables by multiple columns
You can now sort the data of a freeform table by multiple columns in Analysis Workspace, whether they are dimensions or metrics.
When you sort data for multiple columns, data is sorted according to the priority you assign to each column. Priority numbering is displayed next to the sort icon.
For more information, see Filter and sort freeform tables.

Report Builder: Administrator visibility to all scheduled workbooks
The Report Builder Excel Add-in includes a new filter option that allows administrators to see all scheduled workbooks for a given org, regardless of who scheduled them. This filter option is available only for Analytics administrators. It is available on both the Workbook tab and the Legacy tab when viewing scheduled workbooks.
The ability to view all scheduled workbooks is especially useful when migrating workbooks across distributed teams, because it allows administrators to easily locate all legacy workbooks prior to migrating them.
Previously, administrators could see only the workbooks they scheduled, not those scheduled by other users.
For more information, see Managed scheduled workbooks.
Update to the Approximate Count Distinct function
The HLL probabilistic algorithm used in the Approximate Count Distinct function will soon be updated. The resulting output for numbers utilizing this function might change slightly from historical numbers, as follows:
- When counting very small amounts of unique values, the results will be improved to use exact counts rather than using estimates.
- When counting anything larger, count estimates will retain the same accuracy as prior to this update (estimates are accurate within 5 percent of the exact number, 95 percent of the time).
For more information about the Approximate Count Distinct function, see Approximate Count Distinct in Advanced functions
Hands-on tutorial for Analysis Workspace
A new hands-on tutorial is now available to guide new users through the basics of using panels, visualizations, and components in Analysis Workspace.
For more information, see Adobe Analytics landing page.
Fallout visualization improvements
The Fallout visualization includes the following enhancements:
- An improved drag-and-drop experience.
Simply hover over a touchpoint and drag it to a new location within the visualization.
Previously, you had to click the edit icon on the touchpoint before dragging it. - Clearer language when combining touchpoints using drag-and-drop.
When dragging a touchpoint onto another touchpoint, “Combine” text displays, indicating that the two touchpoints are being combined.
Previously, “Add” text displayed, regardless of whether the touchpoint was being moved to a new location within the visualization or combined with another touchpoint. - Redesigned tooltips.
The tooltips that display when hovering over a touchpoint are more intuitive and legible. - A more discoverable context menu.
Tooltips include a new “Click to analyze” option, which provides convenient access to the touchpoint’s context menu.
Previously, the context menu was available only when right-clicking a touchpoint.
For more information, see Configure a fallout visualization.
The drop zone for a panel now offers the additional feature to break down (instead of segment) a panel based on a dimension.
Two new formats are now supported for specifying date ranges in Analytics 2.0 API report requests. This includes a date formula and a mixed format. Learn more
A dimension object is not required in Report API requests. If no dimension is specified, the response shows data for a Totals report. Learn more

Improved data feeds
The following improvements are now available for data feeds:
- Improved user experience.
- New experience for creating and managing column templates.
- You can now choose when to create a column template for reuse in future data feeds. You can also delete, edit, and copy templates.
Previously, each data feed that was created resulted in a new column template, which resulted in a large number of unused column templates and no way to delete or manage them. - Add and filter by tags.
- View the history of data feed jobs. (When the request period began, when it started, finished, and so forth.)
- Resend or reprocess data feeds. (From the Job history page)
- Allow late-arriving hits. You can now include data that arrived after the data feed job finished processing data within the set reporting frequency.
- When choosing an end date for a data feed, the end date you choose is included as the last day of the data feed.
Previously, the end date was excluded from the data feed. - A 15-minute export frequency is now possible, but is not available by default. For this option to become available in your environment, you must first contact Adobe Customer Care and request that your report suite is configured to support 15-minute exports.
Note: With these improvements, the URLs to data feed pages in Adobe Analytics are also being updated. Please update any existing bookmarks to point to the new data feeds pages by April 30, 2026.
