Use Journey Optimizer to send LINE messages to your customers on their LINE app. You can create, personalize, and preview messages in the LINE editor.
The LINE channel is enabled for Adobe Journey Optimizer customers upon request. Contact your Adobe representative to activate the feature for your organization.
LINE messages can be created and sent in a journey or in a campaign:

In a Journey. Create a journey, add an LINE activity, and define basic settings, then browse to the Actions: LINE right pane to create the content for the LINE message. Learn how to create a journey in this page.

In a Campaign. Create a campaign, select LINE as your action and define basic settings, then edit the message content to define the LINE message to send. Learn how to create a campaign in this page.
