Other enhancements during the Fourth Quarter 2026 release timeframe
This page describes enhancements made with the Fourth Quarter 2026 release to the Preview environment. These enhancements will be made available in the Production environment as noted.

Enhanced list updates
Production fast release: September 17, 2026

In all enhanced lists, the following updates are now available:
- The button to add a new row on a table has been moved inside the grid, instead of underneath the grid.
- The Columns options above the list now includes a search field.

The following Workfront lists now use the enhanced list format:
- Setup > Interface > Update Feeds > Actions
- Setup > Interface > Update Feeds > Tracked Fields
- Setup > Project Preferences > Conditions
- Setup > Locations
- Setup > Scorecards
- Setup > Risk Types
- Project > Documents > Document Details > All Versions
- Setup > Documents > SharePoint Integration
- Setup > Documents > Custom Integration
- Main Menu > Scenarios > lists of scenario plans and initiatives
Updates include the following for some or all the lists:
- A new look and feel of the list, with updates to colors, formatting, and fonts.
- The option to create a new object in the list was moved to the top right and displays as a blue button.
- The toolbar was removed. Now, when you select one or more objects in the table, the action bar appears at the bottom of the list in blue.
- Some columns might have been repositioned or removed, or new columns were added.
- Some confirmations and warnings have been removed or changed.
- Saving in some lists is now automatic, and the Save button might have been removed.
- Some enhanced lists allow columns to be renamed or sorted.
- Some enhanced lists include the Column manager, which allows you to add and arrange columns. You can select columns by native or custom fields in Workfront.
- Icons within table cells have been replaced by More menus with multiple options.
NOTE: Not all updates are available on all lists.

C2PA metadata is preserved on your files
Adobe Workfront preserves C2PA metadata on documents you upload, store, and download, without modifying it.

Interface update for left navigation panel icons

We have updated the look and feel of the left navigation panel icons in Workfront, to provide a modern design and a consistent experience with other Adobe applications. No functionality has changed.
The navigation panel is available on the left side of most areas and objects in Workfront, including projects, tasks, and issues.

Enhanced list updates

Multiple updates have been made to enhanced lists:
- In the Column manager, you can now drag and drop columns in the Selected section to place them in order. (You can also use the Columns option above the list to reorder columns, or drag a column by its header on lists that support column dragging and dropping.)
- The experience of dragging and dropping rows (on lists where drag and drop is available) has been improved visually.

Copy name and link from breadcrumb

When you hover over an object’s breadcrumb, you can now copy its name and link together in one action. This makes it faster to share objects in Slack, email, or other tools, without copying the name and URL separately.
