Other enhancements during the Second Quarter 2026 release timeframe

This page describes enhancements made with the Second Quarter 2026 release to the Preview environment. These enhancements will be made available in the Production environment as noted.

New capability to increase row height for enhanced lists

We have added a new setting to adjust row height in enhanced lists.

Added personalized names for filters in enhanced lists

We have added the following personalized names for a team, group, company, and role filter in enhanced lists:

The fields must exist on objects displayed in the view for the filter options to be visible.

Apply conditional formatting to the submitted request lists in the Requests area and My Requests widget

You can now apply conditional formatting to request lists in the Requests area and the My Requests widget in Home. This functionality did not exist in the list view before this enhancement.

Predefined views added to the requests list in the Requests area and the My Requests widget

To help you organize your request list better, we have added the following predefined views to the requests list in the Requests area and the My Requests widget in Home:

A Workfront administrator can add or remove the views from a layout template. You cannot edit, delete, or share the views. You can copy them and update or share a copy.

Create groupings in the Requests list and My Requests widget

To make it easier for you to find the requests you need, we’ve added groupings to the Requests list and the My Requests widget. Now, you can group requests by any column on the list. These groupings become part of the view that you are using when you create the grouping.

Adobe Unified Experience now available for more Workfront organizations

To allow organizations access to the benefits of the Adobe Unified Experience, we’re continuing to make it available to existing Workfront customers.

The Adobe Unified Experience includes:

Your Workfront administrator will receive an Announcement Center message regarding the date when your organization will move to the Adobe Unified Experience.
