Second Quarter 2026 Documents enhancements

This page describes Documents enhancements made with the Second Quarter 2026 release to the Preview environment. These enhancements will be made available in the Production environment as noted.

GenStudio Foundations Provisioning enabled to support AI Collaborators

On March 31, 2026, all Workfront customers were provisioned for GenStudio Foundation, and Admin Console System Admins will have received an email informing them of this addition. This product is provisioned only so Workfront customers can give Brands access to Workfront customers as needed for the release of AI Collaborators. The product itself is only an access mechanism for Brands, and there is no additional functionality available in the GenStudio Foundation product.

Customers will not be charged for this new product.

Access to Adobe Enterprise Storage

Adobe enterprise storage is a cloud-based storage solution that serves as the central repository for assets across Adobe enterprise products. The Workfront and Frame.io integration is built on Adobe enterprise storage, enabling seamless collaboration and asset management between these platforms.

Access to Adobe Enterprise Storage also paves the way for future asset management integrations with other Adobe products, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
