Unified review and approvals powered by Workfront and Frame.io

We’re excited to introduce Unified Review & Approval powered by Workfront and Frame.io, a streamlined review and approval experience.

This new capability is available to net new customers and to existing customers upon renewal.

What’s New

A new documents experience

Enjoy a completely reimagined documents experience with a modern look and feel. The updated interface simplifies navigation, improves clarity, and makes it easier for teams to manage reviews and approvals in one unified environment. For more information, see the Documents area overview.

Multi-stage approvals

Create more structured and sophisticated approval workflows with multi-stage approvals. Route work through sequential review stages, assign stakeholders at each step, and ensure the right people sign off at the right time—bringing greater governance and visibility to your process. For more information, see Create a document review or approval request.

Review and approve content in Frame.io

Review and approve content directly in the Frame.io viewer and eliminate the need to switch between platforms. This integration allows for faster feedback cycles and keeps all review activity in one place. For more information, see Get started with the Frame.io integration.

Connection with Adobe Experience Manager

Seamlessly send approved assets directly to Adobe Experience Manager. This integration helps accelerate content activation by connecting review and approval workflows with downstream content management. For more information, see Use the Adobe Experience Manager with the Frame.io integration.

Access to Adobe Enterprise Storage

Adobe enterprise storage is a cloud-based storage solution that serves as the central repository for assets across Adobe enterprise products. The Workfront and Frame.io integration is built on Adobe enterprise storage, enabling seamless collaboration and asset management between these platforms.

Access to Adobe Enterprise Storage also paves the way for future asset management integrations with other Adobe products, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.

For more information, see Adobe enterprise storage overview.
