Coworker Chat lets you query, analyze, and act on your Experience Platform data using natural language instead of navigating multiple UIs or writing queries manually. About skills and workflows

Skills: A skill is a single, specific capability or action that Coworker can perform. Examples include creating an audience, sending an email, generating a report, or analyzing campaign results. Each Skill is focused on one particular function.

Worfkow: A workflow is a sequence of steps or actions (often involving multiple skills) designed to achieve a broader business goal. Workflows coordinate several skills in a logical order to complete complex, multi-step processes, such as launching a marketing campaign, onboarding a new customer segment, or diagnosing a drop in campaign performance.
