オーディエンスのデータタイプの設定

Destination SDKを使用して宛先コネクタを構築する場合は、宛先に書き出すオーディエンスのタイプを定義できます。 適切なオーディエンスデータタイプを設定することで、マーケティング施策、アカウントベースの戦略、データ分析など、宛先が意図したユースケースに適したデータを受け取れるようにします。

以下のオーディエンスデータタイプを確認して、それらの違いを確認し、統合に必要なタイプを特定します。 次に、様々なオーディエンスタイプを書き出すように宛先を設定する方法については、ページの以下の節を参照してください。

sources配列 sources

sources配列は、宛先がサポートするオーディエンスデータのタイプを指定します。 アカウントオーディエンス、見込み顧客オーディエンス、データセットの書き出しには必要ですが、デフォルトでサポートされているため、人物オーディエンスには必要ありません。

人物オーディエンスの書き出し people-audiences

ピープルオーディエンスは、すべての宛先タイプでデフォルトでサポートされており、特定のsources値は必要ありません。 人物オーディエンスをサポートする宛先を構築するには、デフォルトの動作であるため、sources配列をまったく使用する必要はありません。

アカウントオーディエンスの書き出し account

アカウントベースドマーケティング用にB2B宛先を設定する場合は、宛先にアカウントオーディエンスサポートを追加することを検討してください。 例えば、アカウントベースのオーディエンスを使用して、タイトルがChief Operating Officer (COO)またはChief Marketing Officer (CMO)の人物の連絡先情報を持たないすべてのアカウントのレコードを取得できます。

見込み客オーディエンスの書き出し prospect

まだ顧客ではないが、ターゲットオーディエンスと特徴を共有する個人をターゲットにする場合は、見込み客オーディエンスのサポートを宛先に追加することを検討してください。 見込み客プロファイルを使用すれば、信頼できるサードパーティパートナーからの属性で顧客プロファイルを補完できます。 詳しくは、見込み客のユースケース ​を参照してください。

データセットの書き出し datasets

オーディエンスの興味や資格によってグループ化または構造化されていない生データセットを書き出す場合は、データセット書き出しサポートを宛先に追加することを検討してください。 これらのデータは、レポートやデータサイエンスのワークフローなど、さまざまなユースケースで活用できます。 例えば、管理者、データエンジニア、アナリストは、Experience Platformからデータを書き出して、データウェアハウスと同期したり、BI分析ツール、外部クラウド ML ツールで使用したり、システムに保存して長期保存したりできます。
