- Manual updates: While most of the leads should be updated with automated workflows, manual updates should be used for leads where automated updates are not possible (for example, a system outage). Manual updates should be used as backfill for any major changes in the lead source or periodic audits. Assign a team to update the "Person Source" field manually based on available information or follow up with leads.

If you wish to automate this process, I recommend contacting your Adobe Account team about possibly working with Adobe Professional Services to set up the custom auto-merge solution. The auto-merge runs the job to merge duplicates daily or weekly.
