Destination connection requirements

Before configuring a destination in Real-Time CDP Collaboration, obtain the credentials and connection information required by the destination provider.

This page summarizes the authentication methods available in Collaboration. For instructions on creating credentials, assigning permissions, configuring network access, or preparing the destination system, refer to the linked Adobe Experience Platform destination documentation.

Review the following connector-specific authentication methods and workflow differences before configuring a destination.

Amazon S3 amazon-s3

Collaboration supports Access Key and Assumed Role authentication. Access-key authentication requires an access key and secret access key. Assumed-role authentication requires the ARN of an AWS IAM role that Adobe can assume.

SFTP sftp

Collaboration supports SFTP with Password and SFTP with SSH Key authentication. Both methods require the server domain, port, and username. The port defaults to 22.

Azure Blob Storage azure-blob-storage

Collaboration authenticates to Azure Blob Storage by using a storage-account connection string.

Google Cloud Storage google-cloud-storage

Collaboration requires a Google Cloud Storage access key ID and secret access key generated through Google Cloud Storage interoperability settings.

Snowflake Batch snowflake-batch

Snowflake Batch uses Snowflake data sharing instead of exporting files to customer-managed storage. In Collaboration, there is no separate authentication step. Enter the Snowflake account ID, region, Private Link status, and account-ownership confirmation during destination creation.

Data Landing Zone data-landing-zone

Data Landing Zone is provisioned by Adobe and does not require a separate authentication step in Collaboration. During destination creation, specify the destination folder path and file output settings.
