Marketo Engage AI provides a host of Agents designed to automate tedious but important marketing functions.

NOTE

This feature is in open beta and is currently in a phased rollout over the next few months. You will know when it’s been enabled for your subscription when you see a Build with AI tile on your My Marketo screen.

How to access access

On your My Marketo screen, click the Build with AI tile.

The conversational interface provides a set of Agentic features that are designed to automate manual tasks that significantly improve productivity.

Click the Get Started button in the dialog prompt area (“Get started with AI agents…” is in the prompt by default).

In the center console there are seven Agentic features to help you with various tasks.

Validate Marketo Engage programs against best practices and catch any issues before launch. Learn more

Import and deduplicate lead lists into your Marketo Engage database with field mapping assistance. Learn more

Investigate Lead (Coming soon) investigate-lead

Discover why someone didn’t MQL, qualify for a program, or progress through the lifecycle.

Plan Program (Coming soon) plan-program

Create a program setup document for others to use from a campaign brief.

Create Program (Coming soon) create-program

Generate an entire Marketo Engage program using a campaign brief, complete with email, landing page, and Smart Campaign.

Normalize data (Coming soon) normalize-data

Standardize fields such as company name, job title, country, and more.

Callable agents (Coming soon) callable-agents

These agents run as webhooks in Marketo Engage Smart Campaigns for real-time data processing.
