Marketo Engage AI provides agents designed to automate time-consuming but important marketing functions.

To use this feature you must first agree to the Core Gen-AI terms and the supplemental terms. Contact the Adobe Account Team (your account manager) for details.

NOTE

This feature is in closed beta and is currently in a phased rollout over the next few months. You will know when it has been enabled for your subscription when you see the Build with AI tile on your My Marketo screen.

IMPORTANT

After this feature has been enabled for your subscription, you must perform some setup steps to ensure the desired users have access.

How to access access

On your My Marketo screen, click the Build with AI tile.

In the prompt field, click Get Started (or type your own query).

The center console features a growing set of agents available to help you with various tasks. Each agent is a purpose-built AI assistant you interact with through natural language to complete a specific task.

Program QA program-qa

Program QA automatically checks your setup against Marketo best practices and surfaces issues prior to launch. Learn more about the Program QA Agent.

Import and deduplicate lead lists into your Marketo Engage database with field mapping assistance. Learn more about the Import Leads Agent.
