Testing is a great way to optimize your emails for better engagement. Here’s how to get it started.
Go to Marketing Activities.
Select your email program.
Under the Email tile, click Add A/B Test.
When adding an A/B test, the selected email will no longer be available for use in any other program.

If you have duplicate records in your database, those records will receive both the test and winning emails. To prevent this from happening, make sure you find and merge duplicate people in your database.
