Skydda dokument securing-documents

Krypterar PDF-dokument med lösenord
När du krypterar ett PDF-dokument med ett lösenord måste användaren ange lösenordet för att kunna öppna PDF-dokumentet i Adobe Reader eller Acrobat. Innan en annan AEM Forms Document Services-åtgärd använder dokumentet måste dessutom ett lösenordskrypterat PDF-dokument låsas upp.
Krypterar PDF-dokument med certifikat
Med certifikatbaserad kryptering kan du kryptera ett dokument för specifika mottagare med hjälp av teknik för offentlig nyckel.
Olika mottagare kan få olika behörigheter för dokumentet. Många krypteringsaspekter blir möjliga med hjälp av teknik med publika nycklar.
En algoritm används för att generera två stora tal, så kallade nycklar med följande egenskaper:
- En nyckel används för att kryptera en datauppsättning. Senare kan bara den andra nyckeln användas för att dekryptera data.
- Det är omöjligt att skilja på den ena nyckeln och den andra.
- En av nycklarna fungerar som en användares privata nyckel. Det är viktigt att bara användaren har tillgång till den här nyckeln.
- Den andra nyckeln är användarens offentliga nyckel, som kan delas med andra.
Ett certifikat för offentlig nyckel innehåller en användares offentliga nyckel och identifieringsinformation. X.509-formatet används för att lagra certifikat. Certifikat utfärdas och signeras vanligtvis digitalt av en certifikatutfärdare (CA), som är en erkänd enhet som kan mäta förtroendet för certifikatets giltighet. Certifikat har ett förfallodatum och är inte längre giltiga.
Dessutom innehåller listor över återkallade certifikat information om certifikat som återkallats före förfallodatumet. CRL-listor publiceras regelbundet av certifikatutfärdare. Återkallningsstatusen för ett certifikat kan också hämtas via OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol) via nätverket.
Använder användningsbehörighet för PDF-dokument
Du kan lägga till användarrättigheter i PDF-dokument med hjälp av Reader Extensions Java Client API och webbtjänsten. Användningsrättigheterna gäller funktioner som är tillgängliga som standard i Acrobat men inte i Adobe Reader, t.ex. möjligheten att lägga till kommentarer i ett formulär eller att fylla i formulärfält och spara formuläret. PDF-dokument som har användarrättigheter är aktiverade. En användare som öppnar ett rättighetsaktiverat dokument i Adobe Reader kan utföra åtgärder som är aktiverade för det specifika dokumentet.

Signera PDF-dokument digitalt
Digitala signaturer kan användas i PDF-dokument för att ge en viss säkerhetsnivå. Digitala signaturer, precis som handskrivna signaturer, är ett sätt som signerare kan använda för att identifiera sig och göra programsatser om ett dokument.
Den teknik som används för att digitalt signera dokument gör att både signeraren och mottagaren vet vad som signerats och vet att dokumentet inte har ändrats sedan det signerades.
PDF-dokument undertecknas med hjälp av teknik med öppen nyckel. En signerare har två nycklar: en offentlig nyckel och en privat nyckel. Den privata nyckeln lagras i en användares autentiseringsuppgifter som måste vara tillgängliga vid signeringen.
Den offentliga nyckeln lagras i användarens certifikat som måste vara tillgängligt för mottagarna för att validera signaturen. Information om återkallade certifikat finns i listor över återkallade certifikat (CRL:er) och OCSP-svar (Online Certificate Status Protocol) som distribueras av certifikatutfärdare (CA:er). Distiller konverterar PostScript-, Encapsulated PostScript- (EPS) och skrivartextfiler (PRN) till PDF-filer. Distiller-tjänsten används ofta för att konvertera stora volymer tryckta dokument till elektroniska dokument, som fakturor och kontoutdrag.
