View historical requests from up to 3 years in the new request experience
Production fast release: October 14, 2026
Production for everyone: October 15, 2026
You can now access Workfront issue requests submitted up to 3 years before July 2025 from the new request experience. Previously, you only had access to requests submitted after July 2025.

AI Form Fill now pulls data from records referenced with a link

AI Form Fill can now retrieve field data directly from a Workfront object (issue, task, project, program, or portfolio) referenced by its link and use it as context when populating a form. Simply paste the direct URL of the object into the prompt, and its details will be pulled in automatically to suggest form values.
