Access levels in Adobe Workfront Planning
You can assign the following access levels to users in Workfront Planning when purchased as a standalone product:
- Planning Administrator
- Planning Standard
For more information about capabilities included in each access, see Access needed for Adobe Workfront Planning as a standalone product.
Consider the following when working with access levels in Workfront Planning as a standalone product:
-
You cannot create or modify access levels in Workfront Planning. They are preconfigured.
-
After you add a user to the Adobe Admin Console as an Administrator for the Workfront product, they are automatically assigned to this access level in Workfront Planning and their access level cannot be edited in Planning.
-
You can only assign a Planning Standard access level to users in Planning, after you add the users to the Admin Console. This is the only access level you can manually assign to a user.
