Understand recordings and transcripts
Session recordings in Live Hub allow learners to revisit sessions and Instructors to extend learning beyond the live session. Each recording captures the core classroom experience and enhances it with AI-powered features to support easy navigation and content discovery.
After a session ends, the recording is automatically processed and made available on the course page, typically within a few minutes. In addition to the video, the system generates AI-based topics, summaries, and transcripts, enabling learners to quickly locate and review relevant sections without watching the entire recording.
Topic-based navigation in recordings
Live Hub organizes recordings by topic rather than by fixed, time-based chapters. After a session ends, the Recording Agent analyzes the transcript and identifies topics based on meaning, even when discussions on the same subject occur at different points during the session.

For example, if a topic is introduced at the beginning of a session, revisited during a discussion, and mentioned again during a Q&A, Live Hub recognizes these references as part of the same subject and groups them under a single topic. For each detected topic, Live Hub generates:
- A title
- A brief description
- Additional details
This information helps Learners quickly determine whether a topic is relevant before playing the recording.
