AEM Content Hub: branding and access URL Configuration

In Adobe Experience Manager Content Hub, branding settings are available for the user interface, but custom public domain configuration is not supported for asset access. Content Hub continues to use the default URL structure, and branding is limited to the configuration options provided in the interface.

  • Adobe Experience Manager
  • Adobe Experience Manager Content Hub, all versions

Issue/Symptoms

Using a custom public domain for Content Hub assets instead of the default URL structure is required. Applying custom branding to the Content Hub interface is also required.

Cause

Custom domain configuration is not supported in Content Hub. Branding options are available for the Content Hub interface.

Resolution resolution

Try the following steps below:

  1. Use the default Content Hub URL structure for asset access.
  2. Configure the available branding options in the Content Hub interface. For more information, see Configure branding in Content Hub.
  3. Verify that the branding changes appear in the Content Hub interface.
