Customizable left navigation menu

Support for IP Access Lists
For organizations that have IP Access Lists in Admin Console available and enabled, CX Enterprise will honor those IP restrictions to access applications on the https://experience.adobe.com domain. This update affects all web applications accessed via that domain, and checks occur at login and new page loads in that organization.

Right-click menu option fix
CX Enterprise header navigation tabs now allow right-click, browser drop-down menu functions. This fixes an issue introduced in February’s release of Spectrum 2 design system.

Spectrum 2
The CX Enterprise application frame, which includes the header bar and components accessed from the header bar, as well as left navigation rail for certain applications will be updated to Spectrum 2, Adobe’s latest design system. This refreshed design includes updated iconography, but the same functionality. However, several elements in the header are re-positioned to align with other Adobe sites and applications.

Product usage data
To make it easier to control CX Enterprise product usage data preferences, we streamlined our CX Enterprise Preferences page to remove duplicative options. With this simplification, we’ve preserved current user preferences, and you can update your preferences at any time on CX Enterprise preferences.

Customizable home
On the CX Enterprise landing page, click Edit. Edit mode enables you to personalize your CX Enterprise home page with access to a widget library and custom backgrounds. Edit mode provides seamless, intuitive controls for moving, resizing, and managing widgets, including bulk actions and layout adjustments, offering a more aesthetic and tailored experience.

Shortcuts (Recents) added to CX Enterprise home
You can access shortcuts to your most recent Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform work under the new Recents heading on the landing page. This update also includes general layout and responsiveness improvements.
Sandboxes moved to the header bar
The Sandboxes indicator is now integrated within the header for all Experience Platform interface applications. See Sandboxes in Experience Platform for more information.

CX Enterprise home footer information has been moved to the user profile card, including Legal Notices and language selection in Preferences.
AEP Dashboards
Helios Lite provides chart recommendations within the Experience Platform widget creation workflow. Given a data selection (currently single variable data selection), Helios recommends an appropriate visualization to accompany that data selection.
AEP Dashboards
Instory provides ML-based written narration and captions for charts. It decorates charts in the AEP Dashboards page with relevant bullet points calling out major changes and incidents in the graphed data.

Unified Search continues to add objects types to the search index. In this update, global search now searches across Experience League content and the following Journey Optimizer object types:

This request also includes an update to your preferences for collection and usage of these data at https://experience.adobe.com/preferences.

Unified Recents - Extended support for recently accessed business objects
Unified Recents is extended to additional business objects in Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform. Journey Optimizer customers can find their recently accessed objects (Messages, Journeys, Segments, Schemas, Datasets, Data Sources, Events, Actions, Sources, and Destinations) from Adobe Journey Optimizer Home page.

Single Sign-on Support for Adobe Federated IDs

If you use Federated IDs, you can sign in to CX Enterprise without having to enter an email address or password. To use this feature, add #/sso:@domain to the CX Enterprise URL.
For example, assume that you own the domain example.com and want to sign into Adobe Analytics. The URL would be: https://experience.adobe.com/#/sso:@example.com/analytics.
Experience League Search

CX Enterprise Header & Navigation
Adobe CX Enterprise updates include a change to light theme for the header, with ability to easily toggle back to dark theme and link to control additional preferences from their user avatar in the CX Enterprise header. While not all applications in CX Enterprise support theming, this feature unlocks future theme support.
CX Enterprise Global Search
With this release, CX Enterprise global search allows you to search any of the Experience League documentation, courses, and tutorials. (Currently, global search is only available to Experience Platform users. Global search for Platform enables you to search for any business object in CX Enterprise, such as segments, data sets, schemas, and more.)
CX Enterprise Language Preferences
This update includes the ability to set your preferred languages in CX Enterprise Preferences.

Admin Tool - view user details
Administrators can view a sortable and filterable list of all CX Enterprise users and their details in the new Admin Tool. User details include a user’s product access, roles, and last accessed information. See CX Enterprise Admin Tool help for details.

  • Customer Attributes: Customer Attributes UI now displays additional statuses of profiles synced in Target. (MCUI-10231)
  • Triggers Core Service: Due to lack of use, the propensity score “Likelihood to Return in 30 days” when creating an Abandonment type trigger has been removed. (MCUI-10056)
