Build a new storefront
Adobe Commerce customers with the following deployment types can build a new storefront using Edge Delivery Services, Commerce drop-in components, and content blocks.
- Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service
- Adobe Commerce Optimizer
- Adobe Commerce on cloud or on-premises using Storefront Services without Adobe Commerce Optimizer
- Adobe Commerce on cloud or on-premises using the Adobe Commerce Optimizer Connector
Using the Adobe Commerce boilerplate provides a working storefront that you can customize and connect to your own Adobe Commerce or Adobe Commerce Optimizer instance.
NOTE
For Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure or on-premises, adopting Adobe Commerce Optimizer through the connector is one storefront modernization option, not a requirement. If you choose this path, use Luma Bridge to connect your Luma storefront with an Edge Delivery Services storefront.
