Prerequisites for integrating Adobe Advertising with Customer Journey Analytics

Advertisers with Advertising DSP and Advertising Search, Social, & Commerce

  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics with access to data management tools

    You’ll need support from your internal web analyst to set up a connection to your dataset and configure reporting.

  • (Advertisers without Analytics for Advertising) Adobe Experience Platform data modeling and management technologies (including schemas and datasets) and data collection technologies (including datastreams and tags)

    These technologies require support from your Experience Platform site administrator.

  • (Advertisers without Analytics for Advertising) Collaboration with your Adobe Account Team, who will complete various tasks during setup.

    You can discuss with the team if you’d like to give your Adobe Account Team administrator-level access to your Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics accounts. Access isn’t necessary to complete the integration, but access allows your Adobe Account Team to provide maximum support for onboarding the integration, completing validations of the setup and data, and training you how to use Adobe Advertising reporting dimensions and metrics.
