Dynamic boards archive completed cards when the board is created

When you create a dynamic board, you have the option to include completed tasks and issues on the board. For projects with large numbers of completed tasks and issues, the dynamic board might have performance issues. Now, when you create a dynamic board and choose to include completed work, the tasks and issues are brought onto the board as archived cards.

Updated statuses for document approvals

To make document approval status more clear, we've updated available document status approvals. Now, the approval status accounts for reviewers marking their review complete, as well as cases where there are only reviewers but not approvers.

Administrator controls for new Home using layout templates

My Work quick action buttons changed to only display on mouseover

Mapping metadata in Experience Manager Assets Essentials now uses xcm:keywords instead of dc:subject

We've updated the Experience Manager Assets Essentials integration to match the experience in the Experience Manager Assets as a Cloud Service integration. Now, when mapping multiple single-line text fields to a single field in Experience Manager Assets, both services use the xcm:keywords field.

Typeahead fields now available in Adobe Experience Manager Integration

Automatically publish assets in Adobe Experience Manager

We've added another workflow to the Adobe Experience Manager integration. Now, you can set your assets to automatically publish when sent to Adobe Experience Manager. The integration can be configured to publish to the Adobe Experience Manager publish service, or to an Adobe Experience Manager brand portal.

More relevant smart assignments

We have changed the algorithm that Workfront uses to calculate and suggest smart assignments for tasks. The new algorithm applies in the following areas in Workfront where you assign a task: task lists, the Assignments area in the task header, Home, and the Summary panel.
