Requests
Cannot upload a document when filling out a request
When a user is filling out a request and attempts to upload a document, the document is not uploaded, and the user sees the following error:
“Upload Error: Try a smaller file or attach file after creation.”

Custom forms
Calculated fields not displaying data for non-admins
When a user who is not a Workfront administrator views a custom form with fields that pull from data in an admin-only section of the form, that field does not display the calculated value. If the user runs Recalculate Expressions, the value displays but is lost on refresh.
Workfront administrators can see the field values as expected.
Display logic is not displaying correctly on request form
When a user is filling out a custom form connected to a request, the display logic is not followed, and some fields may not show as expected.
Home
Mentions from proofs do not appear in Mentions widget
When a user is mentioned in a comment on a proof, that mention is not included in the Mentions widget in Home.
Workfront does not load after login
When a user logs in to Workfront, Workfront does not load. If the user refreshes the page, Workfront loads as expected.
Reporting
Workfront Planning fields do not appear in Canvas Dashboards report builder
When a user is using the builder in Canvas Dashboards and attempts to reference fields from Workfront Planning, those fields do not display within the builder.
Requests
“All” view does not show all requests
When a user is viewing the request list in the new requesting experience, and the view is set to show all requests, only some of the requests are displayed.
Maintenance Update week of February 8-14, 2026
Reports
Data Lake query does not return expected results
When Data Lake is queried, it does not return all expected results.
Requests
Draft created along with request causes issues
When a user creates and submits a new request in the new requesting experience, a draft is also created. The draft shows only the first letter of the submitted request’s name, and attempting to open it results in a “Failed to retrieve” error.
In addition, if the submitted request is then deleted, it appears to be deleted but remains visible in the Requests area of Workfront. If the user attempts to reopen the request, they see a message indicating that the request does not exist.
Issues with drafts in the new requesting experience
The following issues have been reported regarding drafts in the new requesting experience:
- Requests created as a draft and then submitted show only the first letter of the subject in the Requests list.
- Discarded drafts are not removed from the requests list, and result in the error “Failed to retrieve the draft.”
Maintenance Update week of February 1-7, 2026
Documents
Summary panel is blank
When a user is viewing a Documents list and clicks on a document, the Summary panel opens, but remains blank. The user is unable to close the Summary panel.
If the user reloads the page, the Summary panel may populate as expected. However, if the user clicks on a different document, that document’s summary panel is blank.
Requests
“No subject” displays in request list
When a user is viewing the request list in the new requesting experience, some of the requests display “No subject” in the Subject column.
If the user opens one of these requests, they see that the request does have a subject.
“You do not have sufficient access” error when copying requests
When a user attempts to copy a request via the request page, the request is not copied, and the user sees the following error:
“You do not have sufficient access to edit this issue.”
“You must be a system admin” error when copying requests
When a user is copying a request and attempts to save, the request does not save, and the user sees the following message:
“You must be a system admin to change this custom data parameter value.”
Users
Users are not correctly provisioned on the Adobe Admin Console
If a user already exists on an Adobe Admin Console, and is then auto-provisioned to a Console that includes Workfront, that user is not correctly provisioned to the new Console.
Workload Balancer
Hours per user are not calculated correctly
When a user is viewing a user’s hours in the Workload Balancer, those hours may calculate incorrectly. For example, the week view may display one calculation of hours, but the 4 week view displays a different number of hours for that week.
