Brand Adobe Workfront using a layout template

IMPORTANT
The procedure described on this page applies only to organizations that are not yet onboarded to Adobe Experience Cloud.
If your organization has been onboarded to Adobe Experience Cloud, branding is not available.

You can use a layout template to customize the logos in the top navigation area and on the Main Menu for certain groups, teams, job roles, and users. This is especially useful for groups in a large organization that have their own branding.

For information about layout templates for groups, see Create and modify a group’s layout templates.

NOTE
A Workfront administrator can make the same branding customizations for the entire organization at the system level, as explained in Brand your Adobe Workfront instance. But branding in a layout template overrides system-level branding.

Access requirements

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Adobe Workfront plan
Any
Adobe Workfront license

To perform these steps at the system level, you need the System Administrator access level. To perform them for a group, you must be a manager of that group.

NOTE: If you still don't have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can modify your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels.
