Le operazioni di AEM Forms possono essere eseguite utilizzando l’API fortemente tipizzata di AEM Forms e la modalità di connessione deve essere impostata su SOAP.

NOTE
I moduli per l'avvio rapido della programmazione con AEM si basano sul sistema operativo Forms Server. Tuttavia, se si utilizza un altro sistema operativo, ad esempio UNIX, sostituire i percorsi specifici di Windows con percorsi supportati dal sistema operativo applicabile. Analogamente, se si utilizza un altro server applicazioni J2EE, assicurarsi di specificare proprietà di connessione valide. Vedere Impostazione delle proprietà di connessione.

Nell'esempio di codice Java seguente viene creato un documento PDF denominato Loan.pdf. Questo documento PDF si basa su una struttura di modulo denominata Loan.xdp e su un file di dati XML denominato Loan.xml. Il file Loan.pdf viene scritto nella cartella C:\Adobe che si trova nel server applicazioni J2EE che ospita AEM Forms, non nel computer client. (Vedi Creazione di documenti PDF.)

Il codice Java seguente recupera un file XDP dall'archivio e lo trasmette al servizio di output all'interno dell'istanza com.adobe.idp.Document. Il file XDP è distribuito come parte di un'applicazione AEM Forms denominata Applications/FormsApplication. Il percorso URI è repository:///Applications/FormsApplication/1.0/FormsFolder/.

NOTE
L’API dell’archivio viene utilizzata per recuperare il file XDP da questa posizione. (Vedi Lettura delle risorse.)

Notare inoltre che il valore radice del contenuto repository:///Applications/FormsApplication/1.0/FormsFolder/ è passato al metodo generatePDFOutput2 dell'oggetto OutputClient (il secondo parametro). Questo valore viene passato al servizio di output per informare il servizio di output che i materiali collaterali, come le immagini, sono memorizzati in questa posizione.

È possibile impostare il valore radice del contenuto nello stesso modo quando si richiama il metodo generatePrintedOutput2.
