Credit usage and consumption in Real-Time CDP Collaboration Starter

This documentation provides details on how credits are used when you join Adobe Real-Time CDP Collaboration Starter as an invited user. Learn more about who is responsible for credit usage, and important considerations for access and management.

For a general overview of Collaboration Starter, read the Real-Time CDP Collaboration Starter overview.

How credit usage works credit-usage

After you accept the invitation, all credit usage for your activities is covered by the organization that invited you. Credits are always consumed from the inviter’s account, and your own account will not be charged.

Manage access and expectations manage-access-and-expectations

Collaboration does not automatically enforce credit usage or availability. Esto significa que:

  • As an invited user, you must coordinate directly with the organization or partner who invited you to discuss credit use.

  • Your inviting organization is responsible for deciding:

    • When you can access and use Collaboration features
    • What limits, restrictions, or governance around credit consumption
IMPORTANT
Adobe does not manage or arbitrate credit-sharing agreements between organizations. All usage expectations should be agreed upon directly between you and your inviting partner.

For details on how credits are allocated between organizations, refer to the credit split settings section in the connection setup guide.

To learn more about which activities consume credits and how to track or manage credit usage, see Track your credit consumption activity.
