Configure a playbook sandbox

Learn how to configure a sandbox for Use Case Playbooks. To get started with Use Case Playbooks, you must:

  1. Create a development sandbox with -ucp as a suffix in the name
  2. Add permissions and users to the sandbox
  3. Configure channel surfaces for email, push, and SMS
