Link assets from Experience Manager Assets with Adobe cloud storage
If your organization uses Adobe cloud storage, you can link assets from Experience Manager Assets to Workfront. Once linked, you can view and manage the assets in Workfront, and any changes made to the assets in Experience Manager Assets will be reflected in Workfront.

Prerequisites
Before you begin:

Your Workfront Administrator must configure an Experience Manager integration. For more information, see Use the Adobe Experience Manager with the Frame.io integration.

To use Smart suggestions or Campaign Briefs functionality, you must sign a GenAI Rider. For more information, see Use Content Advisor to access AEM content in Adobe applications.
Link content from Experience Manager Assets
To link content:

Go to the Workfront object where you want to link content.

Click the Documents section in the left panel.

Click New on the right side of the page, then click AEM files to link an individual asset.

With Content Advisor, you can:

Considerations
- Review and approval workflows are not supported for linked AEM assets.
- Metadata fields are first mapped when you send an asset from Workfront to Experience Manager Assets. If your Workfront administrator has enabled object metadata sync, fields remain up to date if they are changed in either application.
