This page describes Project enhancements made with the First Quarter 2026 release to the Preview environment. These enhancements will be made available in the Production environment as noted.

Light users can log time on projects

NOTE

Production fast release: January 15, 2026
Production for everyone: January 15, 2026

Light users can now log time directly on projects. Previously, only Standard license users could log hours on projects.

Before logging time on a project, a user with a Light license must have:

  • Edit access to Projects in the access level
  • Contribute or higher permissions to the project with access to Log Hours
