Use AI Assistant in Adobe Target to learn product knowledge

The AI Assistant in Adobe Experience Platform is a user interface feature that you can use to navigate and understand Adobe Target concepts.

The AI Assistant is a useful tool to learn new features or to get quick answers about familiar features.

Product knowledge questions include Adobe concepts related to aspects of Target. Some examples of product knowledge questions include:

Access AI Assistant

To access the AI Assistant for product knowledge:

Ensure that you have completed the prerequisite tasks in Enabling Adobe Experience Platform AI Assistant in Adobe Target.
- Your organization must first agree to legal terms. For more information, contact your Adobe Account Team.
- Your administrators must grant you sufficient permissions to access AI Assistant.

To access the AI Assistant for product knowledge:

From within Target, click the AI Assistant icon in the top right corner of the UI.

The AI Assistant displays in the right rail of the Target UI.
Ask a question in the text box.

For example, “How do I set up profile scripts.”

To check the sources for the response, click the Show Sources icon ( ).

(Optional) Provide feedback to AI Assistant.
- Click the Thumbs up ( ) icon to tell AI Assistant that the response is correct.
- Click the Thumbs down ( ) icon to tell AI Assistant that the response is incorrect.
- Click the Report Results ( ) icon to report an issue to the AI Assistant.
