- Overview
Information about the prerequisite tasks your organization must complete before you can use AI Assistant in Adobe Target.
Access AI Assistant in Target
Your organization must first agree to additional legal terms to gain access to AI Assistant. Then contact your Adobe account team for guidance on these terms.
For more information, see Access AI Assistant in Experience Platform in the Experience Platform documentation.
Enable User Permissions for AI Assistant
To use the AI Assistant feature in Target, individual user permissions must be explicitly enabled.
-
Navigate to the Administration tab in Target.
-
In the left-hand menu, select Users.
-
Locate the user that you want to manage from the list or use the search bar to find them.
-
Hover over the AI Permissions column for the person that you are wanting to give access to the Target AI Assistant.
A permissions pop-up displays.
-
Use the toggle to enable or disable the Target AI Assistant permission for that user.
Once enabled, the user has access to the AI Assistant within Target. Only users with this permission enabled can see AI Assistant features in their Target interface. This permission ensures that access to AI-powered tools is controlled and aligned with your organization’s policies.
