Adobe Commerce Intelligence Essentials: update payment method or cancel subscription

This article explains how eligible Adobe Commerce Intelligence Essentials customers can update their payment method or cancel their subscription.

Applies to / Does not apply to

  • Applies to:

    • Customers who purchased Adobe Commerce Intelligence Essentials as a standalone, month-to-month subscription.
    • Customers who manage billing directly through account.magento.com
  • Does not apply to:

    • Customers who access Commerce Intelligence as part of an Adobe Commerce contract (for example, Adobe Commerce Pro or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure).
    • Customers with contract-based billing or invoiced subscriptions
IMPORTANT
If you access Commerce Intelligence through an Adobe Commerce contract, billing updates and cancellations are not managed through self-service in account.magento.com.

Affected products and versions

  • Commerce Intelligence Essentials - Only relevant for month-to-month Essentials clients. Not for customers who have access to Essentials as part of their commerce contract.

Commerce Intelligence Essentials: update/cancel subscriptions

For Commerce Intelligence Essentials clients to cancel their subscriptions or update their payment methods they must be the primary account holder for the Magento account. The steps are:

  1. Navigate to account.magento.com and log in.
  2. Click Magento > My Products and Services > Magento Business Intelligence and click Show Details next to the license you want to update.
  3. Select Update Payment Method or Cancel License.
