Work with the AI Assistant ai-assistant
The AI Assistant is a user interface feature that you can use to navigate and understand Adobe concepts and get operational insights for your specific environment. It is available in several products across Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Journey Optimizer.
To access the AI Assistant click the icon on the top bar. The AI Assistant displays on the right section of the screen.
In Adobe Journey Optimizer, you have access to the following use cases:

Product knowledge (General Availability)
Product knowledge questions are about Adobe concepts related to aspects of Adobe Journey Optimizer. Some examples of product knowledge questions include::
- How many live activities can I have in one Adobe Journey Optimizer sandbox?
- How do I set up a campaign in Adobe Journey Optimizer?
- How do I create a custom action to use in Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys?

Operational insights in journeys (Beta)
Operational insight questions are about the journey objects in your organization’s sandbox. Some examples of operational insight questions or prompts include:
- How many live journeys do I have in Adobe Journey Optimizer?
- Give me a list of all the scheduled journeys
- How many Journeys have been created in the last 7 days?
note note NOTE The only Adobe Journey Optimizer object you have access to ask the AI Assistant operational insights questions about is Journeys. It will only have data for the sandbox you are currently in.
To ask a question, enter it in the field at the bottom of the screen and press enter.
