Hello, my name is Don Nguyen. Today I’m excited to show you a quick demo of Web Push Notifications, a new feature enhancement to the Push Messaging channel for Adobe Journey Optimizer.

To create a Web Push, it’s pretty straightforward. If you’ve created a mobile push before, it’s the same process. The only difference is you just need a selected channel config with the appropriate web credentials.

Once you’ve done that, it’s all the same. First, you give a campaign a unique name.

Second, you select a push as the action.

And then you select the channel configuration with the web credentials. Now you author your content. Select your audience.

And finally schedule your campaign.

Hit publish and that’s about it.

Until now, push has been limited to mobile devices. With this update, marketers can now extend push notifications to the web. When building out this new feature, we didn’t want it to add a whole new workflow. We wanted it to be more about expanding the reach of a proven channel. That means a single push action now gives you the flexibility to reach customers on both mobile apps and web browsers.

Thank you for watching.
