Adobe Journey Optimizer includes an all-in-one tool for creating, managing, and delivering engaging emails. To start creating personalized emails, launch the Email Designer. You can design your email from scratch using the visual editor, code your own content with HTML, or import an external template. Journey Optimizer uses AI and machine learning to convert any HTML into a compatible version, so marketers can easily work right in the editor. Journey Optimizer also includes dozens of templates to kickstart your campaigns and save time. After selecting your preferred email template or creating your own, you can choose assets from Adobe Experience Manager Assets Essentials, natively embedded in Journey Optimizer. Then use the personalization capabilities in Journey Optimizer to make an email tailored to each customer. Next, set conditional rules that further personalize the email content by including custom subject lines, copy, dynamic content fragments and links.
