In this course, we will explore how to trigger a journey in Adobe Journey Optimizer based on real-time customer input. When a customer submits a form with their name, email, and investment preference, the submission triggers a real-time journey in AJO that sends a personalized email to the customer. By the end of this course, you will learn how form submissions can act as triggers for automated journeys, explore strategies for sending personalized preference-based communications using AJO. The first step in implementing this use case is to create an event-based schema called investment preference schema using the XDM experience event class. This schema is designed to capture data from the investment preference form submission and includes three key fields. The asset class field represents the investment category selected by the user with allowed values of stocks, bonds, and CDs. The customer email and customer name fields are used for identity resolution and personalization within the journey. Download the sample file generated from the schema.
