This is a demo of audience agent and journey agent within journey optimizer B2B edition, where we’re turning account insights and engagement data into actionable buying groups with personalized journeys. For instance, show me people or roles connected to opportunities for Gen Studio instantly turning data into clear guidance. So I can review and refine this list of accounts that I’ve seen over here all within the chat interface. Once I have my list, I can move on directly into the journey agent and ask a question such as, can you help me build out a journey for these accounts to turn early interest into buying group intent. The agent has designed a journey that sends progressively more relevant emails and triggers a sales handoff as the engagement threshold has met. It continues to nurture those who are not quite ready to go with helpful content and a product demo invite once the interest grows.
