New RTE new-rte
The new ProseMirror RTE, featuring a page picker in the link dialog, is now available in the right panel. This RTE features flexible configuration options.

- A rare toolbar race condition was resolved.
- Unused feature toggles were removed.
- Dependencies were updated.
