The Agentic Capabilities of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service collaborate with Coworker Chat to let you query, analyze, and act on your Experience Platform data using natural language instead of navigating multiple UIs or writing queries by hand.

A selection of agentic capabilities and skills are available in AEM:

To access Coworker from AEM you can:

  • use the Ask Coworker icon to give you direct access to the Coworker Chat UI.

    The icon is available from multiple locations in AEM.

  • from the CX Enterprise Home panel:

    • use the Coworker link from the left panel

    • use the Coworker chat directly from the main (central) panel

  • from the Apps menu in the top toolbar, select Coworker
