Accessing availability and SLA reports in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service

Issue/Symptoms

  • Availability percentage (SLA) data is required for a production environment.
  • Total downtime minutes are needed for a specific reporting period.
  • Incident details are needed for a production environment.
  • Measured uptime information is needed for the Author and Publish tiers.

Resolution resolution

Follow these steps to access the SLA reports.

  1. Sign in to Cloud Manager from Adobe Experience Cloud.

  2. Select your organization and open the relevant Program.

  3. In the left navigation pane, select Reports and then select SLA Reports.

  4. Select the required year.

  5. Hover over the data point for the desired month to view:

    • Author Tier Actual (measured uptime of the production Author tier)
    • Author Tier Contract (contractual SLA target for Author)
    • Publish Tier Actual (measured uptime of the production Publish tier)
    • Publish Tier Contract (contractual SLA target for Publish)
  6. Review the Event Analysissection below the chart to see incidents included in the SLA calculation for the selected year. Available details include: 40 46

    • Start time and end time
    • Duration
    • Cause (for example, Adobe platform issue or customer configuration)
    • Description or comments
  7. Review or filter incidents for the required month to obtain detailed event information.
