Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.25 with the Forms package
Issue/Symptoms
- Bullet lists display an extra phantom bullet in the Interactive Communication Editor.
- Additional spacing appears during preview or PDF generation.
- A Document Fragment contains an empty top-level bullet immediately before a nested list.
- A blank bullet and visible gap appear in the rendered output.
- No error messages appear.
Resolution resolution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Confirm that the environment runs AEM 6.5.25 with the Forms package installed.
- Identify the Document Fragments that display the extra bullet or additional spacing in bullet lists.
- Contact Adobe Support and request the appropriate hotfix because the fix isn’t available for public download.
- Follow the instructions provided by Adobe Support to install the hotfix in the environment.
- Restart the AEM instance if required.
- Test the affected bullet lists in the Interactive Communication Editor and confirm that the extra bullet and spacing no longer appear.
