Content fragment names containing commas disrupt URL tracking, causing errors. You can remove the comma to resolve the issue.

It has been reported that when using a comma in the name of a content fragment, the tracked URL will not work correctly and the following error can be seen.

RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.
Error while executing the method ‘GetTrackedUrls’ of service
‘nms:delivery’.

Resolution resolution

The short term resolution to this is to remove the comma from the fragment name.

Long term, CAMP-49216 has been opened with R&D to have this fixed in a later release.
